I would trade for a Chord DAVE DAC.....
I have a set of Kii Audio Three speakers, Kii Control and Kii Speaker Stands for sale.
About 2 months ago they started making this repetitive clicking sound. It turns out this is a known issue from the factory. A few speakers in a certain range of serial numbers are effected. This was a pair of the defective. I sent the speakers to Grace Design in Colorado. They do the official warranty work for Kii in NA.
The speakers have had all the amps replaced with new amps in both speakers. That is 12 new amps.
They are also covered by a transferable full factory warranty that started December 2017.
I am selling because I have three different systems in a 1200sqft house. I am not selling my home theater or my vintage system so these are on the block. I will miss them as they are the best sounding system in the house.
I rate the speakers 8/10. I have taken pictures and used a yellow circle to point out every blemish I can find. I find people are very lax in reporting the condition of equipment so I want whoever is interested to see exactly what they are getting.
The Kii Speaker Stands are basically perfect.
I want 9,000.00 shipped in the continental US. These will have to ship via freight company as the stands are pretty heavy.
Buyer pays PayPal fee. I will accept USPS money orders or bank check.
I have a new set of OEM shipping boxes for the speakers.

You didn't say if the speakers performed well with the new amps. Have you heard them since they were fixed?

The speakers have sounded amazing since the first moment I had turned them on. The speakers had already been broken in when they came to me. These particular speakers are the ones that Kal Rubinson used in his review in Stereophile. Notice...same speaker in the pictures!

There was never any indication that there was an issue with sound quality. They sounded phenomenal!
One morning I got up and the master speaker was making a repetitive click sound out of one speaker. It was about every three seconds it would just make a light click sound.
They came back to me after warranty work and I did not notice any difference in sound quality. They sound just as amazing as they ever did for me. But there are now 12 new amps without the manufacturer issue the original amps had.
