The headphone amp has a mark on the right front corner of the top and marks on the left and right top corner. The power supply has a mark on the left top corner and left front edge. The rest is perfect.

Functionality:
The Prime has been tested and work perfectly.
It has been my personal headphone amp for a few months, connected to a PC. It outperformed my previous favorite, the Woo WA7.
