Ready for a hi end phono preamp with a proven pedigree? The Mod Squad phono drive hit the market in 1989 for $1295, making it one of the most expensive and highly regarded pieces during the height of the vinyl era. That's nearly $3000 in today's dollars. With Tiffany connectors, Wima caps and Wonder Solder throughout it was built to last at least a lifetime, and has served me well, working flawlessly. Including MM and MC inputs it will reveal the best from any cartridge available. It compared favorably with what still is considered one of the best phono preamp ever made, John Curl's Vendetta Research SCP-2C. Read John Atkinson's review of the Mod Squad Phono Drive in Stereophile for the lowdown. https://www.stereophile.com/phonopreamps/the_mod_squad_phono_drive_phono_preamplifier/index.html Light scratches on top keep it from excellent condition.
