In honor, Pro-Ject teamed up with Apple Music and Giles Martin did a re-mix from the original tapes to emulate the mono mix, considered by many to be the better version. This time Ringo's drums are loud and clear. Bass solid. The boys sing out of a center image, instead of left or right. and the new version is included in this bundle. Pro-Ject of Austria is considered a key reason for the re-birth of vinyl. They introduced high quality, yet affordable turntables. The Essential III limited edition includes a gloss finish blue plinth with The Beatles logo. A heavy acrylic platter allows you to see the blow up on the Sgt Pepper drum. Special heavy duty inter connect cables are included. The 8.6 inch aluminum arm is premounted with an Ortofon OM10 moving magnet eliptical cartridge. The plinth and special anti resonance feet work really well for such an affordable turntable. Hinged dust cover included. Originally introduced at $499, this is an excellent value.
