TITLE: EARLY MORNING BLUES AND GREENS / singer's DEBUT AND ONLY ALBUM

original 1968 pressing on Elektra Records, catalog no. EKS-74031, STEREO, made in USA. Album never reissued to date. I acquired this album about twenty years ago from the original owner.

Album first released 1967 in U.K. (MONO only) and first released 1968 in USA (STEREO only on Elektra Records).

Artist's DEBUT AND ONLY LP ever released.

CONDITION:

- factory SEALED (left upper corner cut - possibly promo copy; minor rubbing on both upper right corner and bottom left corner; cello slightly worn overall showing the time)

- "Factory Sealed For Your Protection" sticker affixed on front cello

COMMENTS:

Featuring Diane Hildebrand (vocals, acoustic guitar) with small group of musicians accompanying.

11 tracks, studio recordings. Includes the album's title - song made known as covered by The Monkees in their 1967 "Headquarters" LP. Very interesting and special blues-folk mix rendered in a dreamy psychedelic style. Some mellow pop moves are heard on some tracks.

Mega rare album especially in SEALED condition, possibly the only copy in existence in such status. A collector's item, highly recommended!

This is my second copy and first SEALED one following the first open copy that was played once many years ago (sold for $75). The sale is due to the fact that I decided not to open this sealed copy, knowing the album's music, and offer it to someone instead for being played and enjoyed.
