Rotel RC-1090 pre-amp. An up-level Rotel pre-amp that reveals significant musical details with long-term listenability. Instruments and voices reproduced with solidity and naturalness. Includes a custom-built toroidal transformer and both balanced XLR and single-ended (RCA) outputs. Built-in, switchable phono stage for both moving coil (MC) and moving magnet (MM) cartridges. Run with McCormack DNA-1 and several pairs of Thiel speakers, it's evident this pre-amp has good parts inside. Rated a "5" for cosmetic issues (pixels and left handle).
