this is a JL Audio sub... it works perfectly, but it has some scratches on the top surface... also i was set down hard once, so there is some dings on the bottom edge. (not visible)...
it does however work and sound epic!! I have a Sound Anchor steel base i am including for free (value $500).... these weigh 150 pounds, so shipping is going to cost big... i prefer local pickup.. Seattle area. this unit includes original box, manual and calibration mic.
