Up for your consideration is a Quicksilver Line stage pre and phono combo. 10 months old. ( we are gone in the summer and VERY rarely used .) They are still under warranty and I can give you name of the local dealer. I called Mike with questions at QuickSilver. He is amazing to work with. This is a 2 box shipment. The tubes in the phono stage have been upgraded with 2 PSVANE 12ax7s. I can split up the units if you would like, but it's a great combo. People were ewing and awing at them at RMAF considering the 2.5k price tag.
I bought these as gap filler till I saved for the pre I’ve been looking for a long time. It showed up last week. So these get a new home. They’re toe taping units and it takes alot more coin to beat them. Great focus and just the right amount of attack. I would say the tone is very accurate. N0 tube smug. At touch of grit to keep things sounding real.

Shawn I wasn't looking for pre's at RMAF. I bought a Shindo labs Massato pre that sells for 13k. I did go in the Quicksilver room and there was definitely a wow response in there at the sound quality. |
| whats the price for the phono preamp? one is a phono one is a Pre amp. 2 units. Its how Quicksilver sells them. |
