Audio Research Reference 75 Mint Condition & Sublime Sound

Legendary Audio Research Ref 75 Amplifier....considered in many corners to be the sweet spot of the Audio Research lineup and priced at under 50% of the original list price.
  
You will exceptionally pleased with the cosmetic condition of this amplifier and after hearing I found it difficult to even consider returning  to solid state amplification.  I am the second owner, the first was/is a reviewer for a well known Audio Magazine.  I absolutely love this amp and am selling only to fund the purchase of one thats 50% more than this one.  Unit is in 8+ condition and If I were the original owner I would have rated it in 9 condition.  Note that this amp can be upgraded further to the SE version by Audio research.    If you live in the Matthews/Charlotte area you are welcome to come by and hear and inspect it before purchasing. I strongly prefer a local sale but will ship at buyers expense via FedEx.   
I do not have the original box as it was damaged during storage.
NOTE THAT IF I SHIP THE AMP WILL BE YOURS ONCE I DROP IT OFF AT THE FEDEX OFFICE AND IF IT ARRIVES IN LESS THAN STELLAR CONDITION OR NOT WORKING PROPERLY I WOULD INITITATE THE INSURANCE CLAIM BUT WOULD NOT PROVIDE A REFUND UNTIL FEDEX FULLY REFUNDED ME FOR THE AMP, PACKAGING AND SHIPPING FEES.
