Halcro Amplifiers MC-20

Most likely one of the best amplifiers ever made!

In addition to the unique class-D circuitry, the 400Wpc MC20 offers a choice between unbalanced and true balanced inputs, an apparently sophisticated switch-mode power supply, and current-sensing and thermal-protection circuits that keep the MC20 from going postal on itself or the user's loudspeakers.
The Halcro is well known for its incredibly low distortion resulting in an incredible sound.

Its most obvious performance characteristic is can only be described as an enormous sense of clarity. The sound of the MC20 is exceptionally, conspicuously uncolored and unsoiled by noise or textures that do not belong there. On record after record, it places musical sounds in front of you with a physically big but, at the same time, simple and unspectacular hear-through quality—transparency, if you prefer. It makes a big, agreeable, convincingly whole mass of sound between the speakers, every time out.
