FOCAL / JMLAB Sub Utopia Be subwoofer

For sale is one Focal Sub Utopia Be Subwoofer, use to be used with Grande
Utopia Be in a Projector Home Theatre System, selling due to lack of
use, I do not use projector any more, so dis-assembling this whole
system. This is a really well made high-end Subwoofer,  works well with home theatre or stereo system, often seen in over two hundred thousand $ systems.
It functions 9/10, no issues.
Cosmetic looks good, until
you get 3 feet close, you can see a tiny nick on top front, see attached
picture for detail, that is why I listed 7/10 cosmetic just to be safe,
from distance it looks 8/10 to me.

This is give away price, low baller would be cheerfully ignored.
Local pickup preferred, LA or Orange county area, buyer pays actual shipping and paypal cost, buyer arrange his own shipping. The sub itself around H20"W21"D25", weight to my best guess 120 pounds? Add box I guess 40 pounds.
