FS: Full 5.1 PSB Platinum Speakers in Excellent Condition

Up for sale is a full set of PSB Platinum 5.1 Speakers.  This includes the 2 full range T8 towers, C4 center, Subsonic 10i ported subwoofer, and a pair of the S2 dipole surrounds.  Designed back then by the well known Mr. Paul Barton when asked to design speakers if cost were no objective to him.  Very favorable reviews all the way around including stereophile:

I am the first owner of these speakers and they've been through 1 move only.  But I've moved on to a stereo music listening setup so no longer need these for home theater.  Speakers are in general in excellent condition minus a couple small scuffs/scratches that you couldn't discern when standing 3-5 feet away from the speakers.  Also has the original speaker grills that's stayed in excellent condition.  Priced to move at $3000 (new MSRP back then was around ~$13,000 for the entire set).  I might have the boxes but have to dig for them at my work warehouse and only want a local pick up regardless.  Cash is always welcome and will discount accordingly in person.  Sad to see them go as they sounded excellent carefully driven their whole tenure with the NAD T785 receiver.  Hope to see these go to a good home.
