This is a recently discontinued model in the highly praised Paradigm Shift series, at lower than original dealer cost! It is a wireless two-way speaker with DTS Play-Fi and built-in amplification. And brand new. Although there are several wireless speaker systems out there, Play-Fi has been judged the best-sounding, and with the ability to use Paradigm's ARC app to correct the speaker for its placement in the room it far outperforms anything by Sonos, Heos, Airplay, Bluetooth, etc. at about the same price. This one is in black, and comes with the factory warranty. PW Link and PW Amp also available, within lower 48 states only. I have a mint used one, as well, for the same price.
