Scan Speak Eve II Speakers Kit

 Hi,   I'm selling the Scan-Speak Geer's Eve II Speakers kit  ( http://www.speakerbuilding.com/content/1104/print.php  ), it will have all the classic drivers and the crossover assembled like in the pictures, the drivers will be packed in their original cases. The drivers are the Classic Line from Scan-Speak, the D2905/9700 tweeter, the bass-medium 18W-8545 and the 21W-8555-01 Woofers and the crossovers have the best components available - Jantzen Foil-Coils Inductors, jantzen resistors and Superior-Z caps, some Intertechnik Audyn Cap Plus for the top box, C-Coils and Jantzen Cross-Caps for the bass. Everything was bought and assembled few months ago.   You have to build the Cabinets with the internal damping materials.   The crossover seen in the document was upgraded by Tony Gee from Humble Home Made Hifi and the schematic will be provided with the Kit.   Because of the heavy weight and very expensive shipping taxes I'll sell only the drivers and the crossovers. You have to build the Cabinets with the internal damping materials.  These were built like a stone with all the best materials - plywood panels ( double for the front panels), bitumen inside, 8 mm felt and 30 mm polyester. The top case and the crossover was made to use it separately if you want to use it like monitors. The internal wires are Duelunds.   I have a small room, just 16 m2 and the bass was too strong, even I've tried some tricks with the vents or crossovers that's why I'm selling the kit at this ridiculously price. Only the drivers and the crossover components were about 1500 euro, the boxes about 500 euro...What a loss for me but...a bargain for you !   Buy with confidence and see my other items for sale, maybe you will find something to buy, too.
