It works flawlessly but show signs of being rack mounted ..hence the rating.
The face plate would rated an 8 as it is very clean but the side and top may have a light scratch or two from sliding in and out of a rack..
They will come with the basic Transparent Powerlink AC cable.

Unlike most surge protectors the PowerBank 8 does not diminishing sound or picture quality.
