Selling my beloved Vitus SS-101 v2 with the RC-10, a brand new remote control unit

I am selling my house and downsizing so I am reluctantly selling this sensational integrated amp. It has both XLR and RCA inputs and you can operate it as with as preamp or just use its attenuator. If you have a DAC, this is all you need. When I had my DaVinci turntable it sounded spectacular with my Concert Fidelity phono stage and the Einstein tube preamp. It also sounds spectacular with my Echole XLR interconnect and speaker cables which are also for sale.

I read on one website that it converts single ended input to balanced mode. It is totally unflappable. It is nominally rated at 50 watts Class A but in reality it has much more and it can drive very demanding speakers as noted in the High Fidelity Poland review and the Sound Stage Ultra review. It weighs about 175 pounds and it has massive heat sinks. This amp has been compared favorably with the Soulution 710 amp in the High Fidelity review. It also has Class A/B mode with 100 watts but why would you use this setting with this amp?

The pictures reflect the flash; there are no white spots on it.

It is fairly priced based on the current Orion Blue Book value and the new Remote control which cost $1,100! I never owned a Vitus remote control unit because I used it with a preamp that had a remote control.

It will be expensive to ship and insure it and I am willing to drive it to your location after payment, up to 400 miles. I am in the Boston area. You will need two strong men to move it from my car. Otherwise it will be shipped on a pallet by Adcom Worldwide unless you prefer some other carrier. It cannot be shipped by FedEx or UPS; it is too heavy.

Payment is by wire transfer or bank check only (also known as a Treasurer’s check.) The ad lists PayPal incorrectly.

Please review my feedback on EBay as wicket2000

Questions for the seller
What year was it built?
Not sure. I have had it for seven years. Bought it from a dealer who I know.
