Rogue Audio Tempest II Magnum modified by Mark O'Brien with active pre-amp. Understand that this is at the core of the pricy Magnum III edition. It was modified to deliver higher output to my Merlin Music VSMs. According to Nick at Rogue, there are sliders on the preamp
Just off test bench at Rogue Audio. Not listed as mint due to tiny ware blemishes on either side of the case.
Perhaps 30 hours on four new output tubes installed at Rogue. Comes with remote and plain-paper manual for Tempest II Magnum.
Phono input but preamp required. Used Budgie with excellent results.
Will ship in OEM box packed at Rogue Audio.
