Conrad Johnson Classic 60SE Tube Amp with Many Upgrades!

My CJ Classic 60SE amp is in “As-New” condition. It looks great and sounds wonderful. No scuffs, dings, or blemishes of any type, and less than a year old. Besides the improvements that came with Conrad Johnson's SE upgrade, I have added some other goodies that really bring the amp to the next level. This amp has been at my home in Florida, and has only a couple of hundred hours on the tubes. It has been packed to ship since early in September. The only reason I'm parting with this wonderful sounding piece of gear is that I inherited an amp that sells for more than twice the price of the CJ Classic 60SE, and, appropriately, out-performs it a bit. The Classic 60SE uses four Tung-Sol KT120 tubes, specifically designed for audio, to deliver 60Wpc into 4 or 8 ohms. The Classic 60SE (Special Edition) includes these upgrades over the standard Classic 60: CJ’s custom designed Teflon capacitors in the power supply and main reservoir, Vishay resistors at key points, and Cardas binding posts. With its handsome tube cage in place, the Classic 60SE measures 17.4" W by 6.6" H by 13.4" D and weighs 43 lbs. Please note; the tube cage on this amp is of heavier gage metal than the standard provided tube cage. When my new amp was delivered the tube cage had been caved in slightly, and as a replacement CJ sent me the more sturdy cage used on the Classic 62. I bought this amp “NEW” in November, 2017. In March I upgraded the fuse to a Synergistic Research Quantum Black fuse, a $120 upgrade, and in May I upgraded to the following tubes, a $400 upgrade: 2 Mullard CV4003/M8136 (12AU7 Compatible) 1 Mullard E188CC (7308 Compatible) Three different tube suppliers recommended thes tubes as the very best upgrade for the Classic 60SE. This pristine piece of gear will ship in the original packing, with owner’s manual, power cord, non-conductive tool for setting tube bias, the original 12AU7 and 7308 tubes, the upgraded Mullard tubes and the SR Black fuse (the fuse will be in place and the tubes will be individually boxed).
