Rega R3 floor standing speakers. These are a three-way design with 5" side-firing woofers, a 5" midrange driver, and a 0.75" tweeter. This is the original R-series speaker, not the newer RS-3 speaker. As reviews have said, they took the R1 monitor speaker and put it in a floor-standing cabinet and added a side-firing woofer. Read up on this model and ask any questions you have.  

I am second owner and used them for the last 12 years occasionally in a dining room system driven by an Onix OA-22 amp. They have been played at low-to-mid volume and not tortured, so the drivers are all working normally at the time of sale. Condition is rated at 6/10 as I am second owner and there are some small scratches in the wood (see pictures, visible up close but you have to look hard from 4 feet away to see them). The finish is called "rosenut" I believe and is in overall excellent condition otherwise. Consecutive Serial numbers 2586 & 2587.

I have the original boxes and spikes but I would rather not ship these since handling can be so rough these days. Can meet up within 100 miles of Boston to deliver or can ship at buyer's expense. Shipping is estimated to be $60-$100 depending on distance from Boston, but actual shipping will be charged. Also, please note that the Get Cost calculator above calculates for only one (1) speaker, not the pair. Double the estimate for both, as an estimate.
UPDATE ON SHIPPING: I have weighed and measured each speaker/box and actual shipping is higher than my early estimate. I get rates of about $65 to New Jersey, about $80 to NC, about $120 to MO or IL, and $175 to west coast. So, instead of estimates of $60-$100, it is more like $60-$175. The rates are also about the same for US Priority Mail and Fedex Ground.
