Here is a Resonessence Labs “Veritas” DAC, in black. This unit was purchased new through an authorized dealer 5/16 and is in perfect working condition, this DAC is free from any nicks, scratches and or dings.
This DAC uses the Sabre ES9028Pro chip and does DSD x64-128, and has a noise floor of 105dBs…very quite. In addition the Veritas has seven different filters to taylor the sound and plenty of I/Os.
I have no complaints regarding this DAC , but decided to move to a tube based DAC and this is the reason for the sale.
Buyer responsible for actual shipping cost and add 3% if using PP. The DAC will ship in the original double box.
The Veritas DAC has an Apple remote included and the user manual.
***A note about the Veritas firmware***
The Veritas current firm ware is 2.0 and will display sample rates when using an USB cable. If using SPDIF, balanced or optical then the sample rate will not be shown and the display will be blank (see photo). RL is to remedy this with the next FW update.
