Practically new as it was purchased from an authorized dealer on 11/10/18. I have since decided to sell off all of my home theater gear to help with some travel plans that have come up.
In great shape, but closs finishes are very tricky as they always have clear coat marks even when you unpack them new...so I conservatively rate them. I have always cleaned it with a high end microfiber cloth and automotive quick detailer to keep swirl marks to an absolute minimum. I would rather have you be happy with the finish so again I very conservatively rate gloss finishes.
