I work for Emotiva, and I can transfer the remaining 5yr. warranty to the new owner. I Bought 2 brand new (not a "refurb") about a year ago. They sound amazing! High impact, low frequencies, and accurate response. (I am taking out my theater and making it into gym, and only need a single 10".)
