The Burmester 808 MK5 modulair preamplifier is already a very exotic “beast”, but this offering is even more special.. This is the Anniversary version of the 808 MK5, only 25 of these have manufactured. It has a 24K gold plating and comes fully loaded with modules. The power supply comes in the Reference casing. Performance is taken to the highest level. This classic is beautifully constructed and comes with an external power supply. This preamp comes “fully loaded” with modules, including the great and expensive Phono MC module, two symmetrical output modules and the theatre throughput module. It has all balanced and single-ended in- and outputs. Including full metal remote, two base plates with carbon plates for both preamp and power supply and manual. To our knowledge the Anniversary model has never been offered for sale in the market…., now this unit is available for 28.900 euro.
