Empire 3000 ME/X Moving Iron Cartridge - NOS

This is an Empire 3000 ME/X using the same (blob) body as the classic 2000 series.  I've tagged it as 9/10 and in excellent condition because it has remained in an arrested state of newness that its been in since I purchased in what I recall being 1979 or 1980. I've never played or mounted it but like my other similar NOS and vintage cartridges, mostly similar vintage Grado's, I can only assume but not guarantee (given it's age and being unable to test without using it) it will operate as designed and intended. Hopefully the pictures on the meter will be beneficial, which assures neither channel is open. Please consider that as my general description. The photos of the stylus reveal the genuine Empire nude elliptical and the pictures are of the actual item.
