Mint pair of Goldmund Satya, 2 year warranty. Each driver (3 per each Satya) has it's own DAC and amplifier. The Satya can be run wirelessly or with one digital cable from a Goldmund processor to each speaker.
The entire system consist of

2) Goldmund Processor
3) Goldmund Satya
Nothing else required. Amps and DAC's are all built into the Satya.
Goldmund processor sold separately starting at $10,000.
The speakers include complete installation anywhere in the US.
