This unit is a sweet sounding unit that is super flexible. It can be used as a DAC, a Headphone amp and has a preamp stage. This unit comes with BOTH DAC boards: ESS Sabre
chip and Burr Brown DAC boards and are easily swappable. The BB is installed it is more laid back not quite as detailed and airy as the ESS. But this
gives you choice! The unit is extremely well built solid as a tank. No Paypal fee's, Buyer pays shipping
