Pilot SP-210 rebuilt

This is a tremendous preamplifier.  First, it was put together by deHavilland engineer Kara Chaffee. The owner after Kara replaced the original RCA's. The Power supply is custom by Ms. Chaffee with a 6X5 tube.  The power knob has been disabled as there is a new switch up front. 
Ms. Chaffee made a sturdy front plate to mount the faceplate.    
Note: I had the original caps that Ms. Chaffee intended for the preamp changed for the modern Cardas, etc...
The best thing is the the caps are Cardas Golden Ratio int he most important positions, as well as Audiocaps and k40's. The controls are quiet.  I purchased a proper 4 gang pot to have as a spare (built for the Pilot Sp-210). 

Only reason I am selling this is that I received a K & K MIR preamp, and need to recoup.  This is a unique item and the new owner will not regret having this preamp.
