Monitor Audio Silver RSW-12 - 500W - 1000W Peak Serious Sub-woofer

Monitor Audio may not cause you to think of hi-performance sub-woofers however the RSW-12 can hold its own with the likes of JL and REL.  We've experienced the RSW here, having been JL dealers for years, and we are quite impressed.  Also the reviews are pretty accurate... this sub play loud and low.  Not just at low end performance but real dynamics and control for accurate bass.  You 'll have no problem mating this sleeping giant with a $20K pair of speakers.  

Using new amplifier technology its rated at 500 watts with up to 1000 watt peak output.   The 12” C-CAM driver is controlled with a dual magnet motor system and a massive 3” voice coil.

The RXW-12’s rigid, sealed 25mm (1”) MDF enclosure is front-loaded firstly because it promotes the fastest, deepest bass down to 20Hz and secondly for ease of installation. Wherever you place it, top mounted controls are provided for the fine adjustment of level, turnover and other parameters at the sub. For added convenience, a 12V trigger provides power syncing with your AV receiver.

This was a local trade-in and is very clean.  From a non-smoking, no kids, home the sub is clean.  A couple scuffs and a scratch on the back plate and top, but the driver and grill are like new.
