Here we have a pair of JJ 2A3-40's in mint condition, with very low hours. They briefly replaced a pair of Electro-Harmonix 2A3 Gold's and the increase in oomph was immediately noticeable (and quite welcomed). As you can read from the reviews, this is one serious tube. The construction is just wonderful; the glass is heavy and thick; the internals are perfectly aligned within the envelope. There's a satisfying heft to them. These will last a very very long time in a standard application. If I hadn't just purchased a pair of Emission Labs 2A3 mesh, I would be keeping them.
