These are demo units from an authorized retailer. This is the original Abyss headphones with a Phi driver upgrade at the end of 2017. Essentially the drivers are only one year old. The headphones are still under warranty. Comes with everything that is included in the lite package. Only reason that I'm selling this is to focus on my stereo system.
