Beautiful rosewood looks and great sound, I have used these speakers with my near field computer system for 5-6 years with no problems but longer need this system. Rated 8 for age, there are no scratches or dings, only a minor indentation on the bottom of one and a very minor amount of surface roughness in a few places on the finish. Grill covers look great. Used a limited amount in a non smoking environment.
