Epos Epic 5 p/u only Miami Dade

A pair of great sounding 2 1/2 way  floor standers, lots of great tones, balanced top to bottom and very nice soundstages. Very well reviewed and award winner.

These are 4 ohm, I've been driving them with a Class D Wyred For Sound that has like 700 wpc at 4 ohm, but also with a Linn LK 140 (140 wpc @ 4 ohm) and sounded great too. Epos says as little as 20 wpc amps, check the specs below

These speakers can be set up over the included plinths, or the spikes can go right into the speakers. They also have two sets of grilles, one black cloth and one "audiophile" that exposes the transducers.  
All the hardware is included: foam port plugs, plinths, spikes, tools (including grille removal tool), binding post jumpers, manuals, but no boxes, thereby the South Dade only transaction.

So why so cheap? The story is that my senior father tripped and knocked one of the speakers down. Due to the fall a little physical damage shown in pictures (right front corner and right rear corner) and one of the plinths (repaired). The fall also destroyed the woofers (the magnets actually dislodged from the baskets), so I got a hold of a pair of Epic 2's (2 way) and grafted their matching woofers into the Epic 5s fixing that.

Since it is local sale I would be happy to let the buyer audition them and know they are walking away with a very nice sounding pair of speakers.
