Jeff Rowland 102 S Stereo Power Amplifier-Class D Technology Exceptional

This is an immaculate Jeff Rowland 102 S Stereo Power Amplifier purchased 8/12/2018 from TMR Audio. Age was unknown. I am the second owner, and it has been used sparingly in a non-smoking child free environment.  It was purchased for a music room that was overtaken by granddaughters, so here we are.

Packed up and ready to go, cost includes the PayPal fee and FedEx shipping, insured, signature required, to lower 48. I don’t have the original box, but it will be shipped in the TMR packing. They do a very impressive job. The manual is a printed version.

The finish is gorgeous, photos don’t do it justice. No marks, scratches on any surface, it is in excellent condition and operates perfectly. It follows the example of extraordinary design and build which is a hallmark of the Jeff Rowland Design Group. Dimensions are (2.7″(H) x 13.7″(W) x 7.5″(D), weight 7.4 lbs.

The size and weight are a result of the patented ICEpower™ power conversion technology. You will be hard pressed to find an amplifier this size with equal power and quality.

The amplifier has XLR balanced inputs only. Also, the 102 S uses unique CE-Approved binding post. They won’t accept banana style terminations; spade and loose un-terminated speaker cable only. You are probably familiar with Jeff Rowland – this model is no longer available, and rarely for sale. From their site:

 The 102 S is an exciting and hard to ignore amplifier. It gives the highs a great solid feel and a very clear and clean bottom-end. It was a great with vinyl. Making sure you have good power and clean power to the unit offers up the fullest potential possible. Micro dynamics are fantastic. It is a great rocker amp in my opinion, fast, clean, and doesn’t over promote the mids.”
