| Hi, thank you for your answer. I live in Belgium and think in Euro's. I would make a bid of 22300 $ (=20000 €), if you are prepared to send it with an invoice of 9000 $. That way the extra taxes would be "only" about 3000 $. With an invoice of 22300 $ the cost would be something in the neighborhood of 7000 $ (taxes on transport costs have also some effect on these costs and would be the same).
