Exemplar Audio BDP-105D

Up for consideration is an Exemplar Audio BDP-105D, recently purchased by me from its original owner and with less than five hours of use on it at my end.  If you're curious, here's a review:

A little background context: for the past eleven years, I've been using (and greatly enjoying) an Exemplar DVD-2900 universal player, which started its life as a Denon DVD player until John Tucker of Exemplar Audio transformed it with his magic touch. This past November it sadly gave up the ghost, and in a fit of existential absurdity, I decided I should try and join the digital future.  Hence, my purchase of the BDP-105D.  However, since pretty much all I do is play burned cds it quickly became evident that this Blu-ray disk player is serious overkill.  Speaking of which, please don't ask me any technical questions as I won't be able to answer them, although I'm pretty sure this thing can do everything, including transporting you to the fifth dimension on Mars.  There's also an eighty-page owner's manual that comes with the unit, and this manual will certainly give you hours of exciting reading about all its exciting digital features.

I have the original box, although I'll go to a professional packing service to have it repacked. I WILL NOT PAY FOR SHIPPING.  I've given it a 7/10 simply because I'm the technical second owner, even though as stated I used it less than five hours.  It looks new and works perfectly.
