THIS LISTING IS FOR THE TUBE PACKAGE ONLY!!!   Spending time and money tube rolling is fun, and exciting when you come up with a super discovery of replacements.        You might eventually get to these on your own, but might not, or might not want to spend the time and money yourself on tubes and a good tube tester, so I'm not divulging the tube types in the listing; but not making much here. Mostly for fun. The tubes I acquire are some of the best available, and many sell the same pairs for more than the cost of this tube package!!

       Ive been running a Marantz DVD-9600
into the amp with some Audeze EL-8s and the sound is laughing good.      This tube package includes the following:
  * Two silver shield Russian military tubes to replace the 6H1p's up front:
  * Two brass socket adapters to allow use of the replacements for the two rear 6h6p tubes:   *  Set of 4 white high heat, microphonic ring dampers!
  *  Your choice of either two Amperex holland premium quality, grey plate, O-getter, NOS tall bottle tubes, or, a same tube-type but different made pair of NOS ERA, Edicron of London, with a D-getter, clean looking black plates and the shorter bottle that lights up like a Christmas tree. Both choices sound pretty much the same. All photos show the short ERA tube in comparison or during play.       
          
       Totally changes to an open, live, in your face presentation, removing several veils of dullness and distance. Better dynamics all around from the stock tubes. The brass adapters, will also help eliminate tube resonance. They have good mass.  

           If you are looking for more attack for your system, bigger snare drum slam, etc. You will love this package.

Listening to a good sacd will make you cry. Reveals a badly recorded disc like good equipment does, but what a reward you get when the recording is primo.
