For sale is my Peachtree Audio iDac. This unit was a Stereophile Class A Recommended Component when I bought it.  It is an impressive and sweet-sounding implementation of ESS Sabre 32-bit chip.  I bought it in 2012 directly from Peachtree.  There are many, many rave reviews about this product, which is rarely available, and hence my price is firm.  The piano black lacquer finish is pristine and the sound and performance are impeccable.  The little plastic baggies that appear on the photos are iPod adapters that I never used.  Also included are manual, power cord and remote.  I will also include an adapter so you can connect newer iPhones to the dock.  There are four known issues with the unit, none of which affect its performance or have bothered me at all during the years I've had it:
1.  The face plate has a couple of marks that are only visible on close inspection. As I said, the black finish is mirror-like.
2.  The remote has signs of wear consistent with its age.  I cleaned as as best as I could but it looks like an older plastic remote, which is what it is.  However, it is fully operational.
3.  The unit was sold by Peachtree as a "sticky buttons" special.  This meant the buttons on the unit tend to sometimes remain pressed (they "stick").  This was a manufacturing issue that did not detract from the unit's performance.  The unit came with a full warranty.  Perhaps this specific unit had a mild case of sticky buttons, but in the years I've had it, I have rarely used the remote and I never even noticed a problem when using the front panel buttons to change sources.
 4.  When removing the analog out interconnects, the female end (gold part) sometimes comes out with the cable (and hence at some point the red and white rings were lost). They can be re-inserted.

I don’t have the original packaging but will pack well prior to shipping. My price includes shipping and Paypal fees.  I am including detailed actual pictures so you can see the condition. I am sad to let it go but i don’t need this with my current setup.
