Sonus Faber Concertino

This is the original Concertino version that allows for bi-wiring, in the Walnut finish.  I've owned both versions of these, original and Home,  in all 3 sizes Grand Piano, Concerto, and Concertino, and these were a sentimental purchase that saw zero actual playtime.   I've always loved the Italian walnut cabinets on these and hunted for a pair in near-mint condition and this was as good as I could do.   But I also have WB Arcs so these have not been used and have been in climate-controlled storage the last 4 years, so their usage is much lower than their age.

They are in superb condition, not quite flawless, but you'll be hard-pressed to find a nicer pair.  There are two blemishes of note, one is a small mark in the wood on the top back corner of one, about the size of a grain of rice.  The other is a little pull on the bottom corner of one grill.  The leather looks great and the Walnut wood on both is otherwise superb.  Again, not new, but this was the nicest pair I could get my hands on.

A very common issue on these is cracked corners on the speaker connection panels on the back.  This was an area I was careful about when shopping for a pre-owned pair.  You'll find a couple of corners (out of the 8 total corners) that show compression indentations, but they're not cracked through.  I've examined every corner with a 10x magnifier, and none are cracked through.  What may look like a crack in the photos is just an indentation from compression where the screws insert.  

These work flawlessly - I have plugged them in and played them - and all drivers are in superb condition and original.  And they come from a strict non-smoking home, so no odors, no residue, no issues.    

I don't have the original boxes, but I've shipped everything from jukeboxes to Ducatis to Louis XVI French furniture to...you name it.  These will be wrapped in 1/4" foam, double-layered, with 1" styrofoam box wall padding, and double-boxing.   And shipping is included in the Buy It Now price, to all 48 contiguous US States.   If you're in Hawaii or Alaska, we'll have to figure something out.
