Oppo BDP-105 player
purchased from previous owner for my girlfriend, and played a couple of DVDs on
it to ensure it worked correctly.  She
never had time to use it so I reclaimed it still boxed up and set it up for my
own use.  Specifically, I channeled my Apple TV through it and for minimal listening to Spotify
once I connected my computer to it via a long USB cable for improved video and
audio performance.  Several months ago, I
repackaged the unit and carefully stored it in anticipation of moving of
residence that has been delayed until Spring, or so I hope.  I am only selling to help pay off
girlfriend’s big bill for specialist care only available outside her health
insurance network.  Plays blu-ray discs
containing marks for Region A, and DVDs containing the marks for region 1 and
ALL. When packaged, the player had been updated to the latest firmware.  I can’t guarantee that the case is perfectly
smooth and free of minute surface defects since I haven’t carefully examined
but the player was carefully and meticulously cared for just as I do for all my
electronics.  The player was never
dropped or abused, and there aren’t any scratches, dings or similar surface
imperfections that I can see, and all functions work as designed/intended.  It was always kept in a pet-free, smoke-free,
and child-free home environment on a teak wood audio-video cabinet when not in
its manufacturer box.  Everything included
as shown in photos and will be shipped in all original manufacturer packaging.  I will only ship to the continental United
States to the buyer’s verified Paypal address with direct signature
confirmation by adult.  Once the player
has been successfully delivered, I will refund to the buyer through their
Paypal account the difference between the listed shipping price (maximum in
continental US) and the actual shipping price charged me by the UPS Store. I’m new to Audiogon, but
have a positive 158 rating on Ebay with no negatives (I’d probably have at
least a dozen more positive ratings if the other parties had left feedback for
me as I did for them.  This part is provided
free through advice provided as a courtesy by the attorney associated with my
girlfriend’s small business group.  I have done my best to fairly and accurately
describe the item in the smallest detail in the interest of full disclosure.  Any scammer attempts (false claims of damage or non-delivery,
chargebacks, payment fraud, item swap etc. will be contested. Returns/refunds
will not be accepted/provided because:  1) As
a casual electronics user, I have no professional means of knowing how the item
was treated by the buyer or if the player was opened or tampered with in any
way.  2) The normal wear and tear of shipping a delicate electronics item like
this player could potentially damage it, and such damage will be covered by UPS
shipping insurance through their stated policy.
