Dismantling my former high end home theater.  Parting out various components due to having relocated to another state.  The latest Items I have here up for auction are a pair of home theater speaker towers manufactured under the name of Premier Acoustics.  They represent the upper end of the theater experience.  I have had them for several years and I am the original owner.  I purchased these from a high end audio broker in Las Vegas for close to $400.00  I did massive research into the project of home entertainment.  I have been audio junkie since I was in junior high school.  I am now 68 and retired.  When I finally had many discussions with the broker, I was convinced these were the speakers of choice to be used as my front sound imaging (stage).  These massive towers are equipped with high, mid range and medium low frequency drivers and a ducted port at the bottom of the front of the towers.  Finish is in satin black hot pressed woodgrain vinyl.  Tops are high gloss black lacquer over baltic birch marine plywood.  Dimensions are approximate as follows due to the fact that they are still boxed from transporting to my new residence. 8" W x 11" D x 47" H.  Weight each is close to 50 lbs.  Connection terminals on the bottom rear are accepting of banana plugs or raw stranded good quality speaker wire.   After researching further, here is what I found:  Dual 6 1/2" Long Throw Polygraphite woofer - 1" Titanium Tweeter - 4" Mylar Midrange -Wattage 50-175 - Frequency Response - 35-20KHZ -  Black Piano High Gloss Finish. NEW 4 SPEAKER TOWER DESIGN!  As far as bass goes, these aren't 8-12"speakers so if you want that booming big bass look for a bigger speaker, I cross these at 60 Hz and sub to pick up everything else, and it sounds awsome.  In a nutshell they look beautiful, they're built very solidly, and the sound very nice. You do not get the exceptional highs of Klipsch or the bass response of some other brands, but paired with a good subwoofer, amp, and turntable or CD player, these speakers sound really excellent. I take great care in wrapping, packing and boxing any and all electronic equipment or otherwise.  I ship exclusively by FED-EX GROUND for this item and I insure this item accordingly.
