Aragon 8008 BB

For sale is an Aragon 8008 BB in 6 of 10 condition. This is the Mondial Designs version. There are several small scratches on the front face, one longer fine scratch on the top cover as well as several other smaller scratches on other surfaces. All in all, it is still very presentable, see the pictures. I have a pdf copy of the manual and will include an 8 foot Signalcable Magic power cord with this ($130 value). I do not have the original box for this. It will be shipped in original double boxes with foam inserts for a 4004, which is the same size as the 8008. I do not have the xlr shoring pins, which would be needed to use the rca inputs for this amp. This is a highly regarded, dual mono amplifier that outputs 200 wpc into 8 ohms and 400 wpc into 4 ohms. Into 8 ohms, the first 15 watts is pure Class A output. The 8008 BB was a significant upgrade over the 8008 ST with separate transformers for each channel as well as double the output devices, power supply capacitance and rectification per channel. This is a true power house but it is also capable of being subtle and playing with finesse. Asking $975 and I will include shipping and Paypal fees.
