PrimaLuna Prologue Premium Power Amplifier. Black. 1 month old. No defects. Wonderful EL34 power tubes and 12AU7 input/driver tubes. The sound is powerful and extended in the bass and treble. The very attractive sound of the EL34 tube is present, too.

Please look closely at the images. Compare this very late version, unmodified unit for sale against the brand new $2,699 list, $500 more expensive EVO 200 amp. They are exactly alike, except for the printing on the front panel. Get the latest configuration and save! The white capacitors in this latest version amp are the same as used in the top-of-the-line Dialogue Premium and EVO 300/400 amplifiers.

Features include auto bias, bad tube indicators (VERY valuable for troubleshooting), and stereo/mono switch.

A tube power amplifier is only as good as its output transformers, measured in bandwidth. Compare the ProLogue Premium to other amps (higher number is better):
