This is the well know German tube preamp that is extremely well made. It uses 6SN7 tubes to achieve truly detailed and mellow sound. I have replaced the tubes with Telam 6N8S NOS/NIB tubes, probably the best in the world. These cost $1200 and produce a sound that is competitive with $10,000 preamps. This Valvet has the upgraded 48 step resister volume control as well as an upgraded power supply. The preamp has multiple XLR and single ended inputs/outputs. Very low noise !!! The preamp was made in 2017 and I purchased it from HiEnd Electronics in 2018 as a dealer demo. I will include a set of PSVANE tubes in addition to the Telams. Reason for selling, I have done a major upgrade on my system, that requires a different type of preamp. Prefer personal check to avoid PayPal.
