Audio Research D-115 mkII

ARC D115II in excellent electronic condition.  Please note this is the MKii version which is believed to have deeper, tighter bass, greater rhythmic bass punch, and more extended highs than the original!  The Amp was gone through by the Analog Room and any low functioning electronic parts were replaced.  The amp is equipped with Phillips 6550s  which are the tubes originally specified by ARC and which Bill Johnson designed the amp for. (the value of the 6550s used is over $150 each).  All smaller tubes are carefully chosen NOS 6922s and 6FQ7s (e.g., RCA and GE).  All tubes have been checked and test very strong!  The amp works beautifully.  There are NO issues.  You will be hard pressed to find such a good sounding amp anywhere near the price. 
I asked ARC whether the amp was MkI or MKII.  They stated that the unit appears to have been upgraded to a MKII due to its tube complement and electronics.
