Blue Circle Audio Li'l 703 Phono Preamp MC and MM

Mint, exactly as new (except without the silicone smell), Gilbert Yeung of Blue Circle hand built this Li'l703 phono stage at the end of 2018.

There are a few notable improvements on this particular model:
1. MM stage included (usually the Lil 703 only comes with MC inputs and MM comes at an extra cost). MM or MC can be chosen via switch at the rear of the unit
2. GBC 250 power supply included, made especially for this Lil703. These power supplies are one of the key ingredients of the 703's silent backgrounds and huge dynamics. I no longer see them listed online, so this may be a custom order only item at this point.

The best way to describe this phono stage is that it's like an anechoic chamber: completely silent, no editorializing, just black backgrounds upon which the turntable needle writes. This intensifies dynamic contrasts and allows you to hear incredibly deep into recordings. The Audio Beat review of the Li'l703 calls it "vivid"--that's a great descriptor too.

Frequency response: 10Hz to 100kHz +/- 0.1db, rumble filter off.
Residual noise: MC input at 67db gain setting: <500uV. Rumble filter cutoff frequency: 18Hz.
