I have owned several of these USB reclocker/filter/regenerators and this SOTM unit is by far the best sounding.  Read the online reviews as they share the same praise. Priced very attractively.    
Comes with the original box, manual and wall plug-in power supply. An upgraded 
9vdc linear power supply will improve the sonics even more. However, the included power supply and USBultra will certainly be a nice upgrade to any USB based front end.  Many good used ones for sale.  You can also purchase the matching SOtM SPS power supply.  Input voltage : 9Vdc
