The Clayton S-2000 is a custom order only (see 2015 price list below) amplifier from one of the finest designers and engineers, Wilson Shen; A very fine man as well! All models, since late 2014, have been improved/upgraded with the finest components, with special attention to the robust dual mono power supply and the finest output transistors.

Natural and Highly Musical!!

As our daughter has recently moved back into our smaller retirement home, I’m forced to move my system to a sitting area in my bedroom. As such, I’m downsizing to an integrated amplifier and monitor loudspeakers after 30 years with separates.

The Clayton Audio S-2000 is a true gem of an amplifier, the finest high power amplifier I’ve ever owned, and built to last 30+years! Soft start circuitry and extensive thermal monitoring/protection circuitry.

This is an attractive but non ostentatious, large amplifier, chock full of the finest parts and build quality. Weighs 140 lbs and 165 lbs in its custom wooden crate.
