For sale an Accuphase C280L class A precision solid state preamp.
This is an awesome Japanese preamp that will take your music to the next level. This preamp sounds clean with clear mid, crisp high, and slamming bass. It outperforms all of the Mac preamps that I have owned including the 11k Mac tube preamp not to mention many other hi-end preamps that I have owned over the years. When I plug this in my system for the first time in replacing my Mac preamp, it just like watching HD tv compare to regular TV but for your ears. The sound is immediately realize. It is amazing! I hate to admit it but it is the true. It even outshine all of the newer Accuphase preamps that I have owned.
It built like a fine switch watch with a museum quality look and feel to it. When you turn the control you can feel the weight to it and all the connectors are rhodium (the best connectors there are).The moment you pick it up, you can feel the built quality put into this piece of art. Under the hood, everything is covered with no lose wires and parts were hand picked to perfected the sound You will be proud to display this on your audio rack. This is probably the last preamp you are going to buy. It is for me. You will have to spend 5 times the amount of this and not even guarantee better sound.
It has balance inputs/ouputs + phono. The phone is another advantage to this preamp because all the newer Accuphase preamps do not have the phono built in and you have to buy it separately.
The unit is a 100v Japanese model.
