This set up sounds terrific. The 707 tonearm and the F9 Ruby are a match made in heaven (or in the engineering department at Grace back in the day). You need a low mass tonearm to get the most out of the revered Ruby and none better than one also made by Grace. Check the sold listings for F9 Ruby’s on eBay and they often go for $800+ for just the cartridge. Also, you can get varying levels of replacement styli from Soundsmith.
See detailed photos for the condition of the diamond. I used a jewelers loupe and held my phone up to the magnification element.

The Planar 2 has a more classic, soulful look than any modern Rega.

In my experience, the Music Mat is superior to the Herbie’s $60 mat on this table.

The cover is in good condition. It has some swirling, but I bet with a buffer and some auto wax you could make it look great.
