this sub-woofer just came back from JL audio and serviced and checked out then upgraded all components to new status. JL Audio also added a one year warranty because i paid $400 to have it upgraded buyer pays for shipping and pay pal all sales are final I have shipping set up with insurance but may change that at purchase depending on distance
